Andrew Plato is not only an experienced CEO, founder, and author, but a pioneer in cybersecurity who redefined the industry’s landscape. In 1995, he founded Anitian, one of the first cybersecurity companies.  Andrew was an innovator in security technologies such as intrusion detection, endpoint security, and cloud security. His vision for security culminated in inventing a groundbreaking automated platform that revolutionized the speed and accuracy of deploying secure cloud environments. After securing venture capital, Plato guided Anitian through exponential growth, forming critical alliances with tech giants like AWS, Microsoft, Trend Micro, Red Hat, Sentinel One, and Qualys. Andrew exited Anitian in 2022.

In 2019, Andrew spun out his technical due diligence and industry analysis practice to Zenaciti (https://zenaciti.com).  Zenaciti provides actionable business and security intelligence to leaders, investors, or organizations worldwide. 

In 2023, Andrew founded yet another company, Screenopolis (https://screenopolis.com) which focuses on reviews and analysis of streaming media content.

Plato is also the author of “The Founder’s User Manual: Practical Strategies for the Startup Leader” a guide that distills his extensive leadership acumen.
